About OPZZ

The All-Poland Alliance of Trade Unions (OPZZ) is a representative trade union organization as defined by the Act on the Social Dialogue Council and other social dialogue institutions. It consistently strives to implement fundamental principles in Poland, such as freedom, equality, social solidarity, democracy, tolerance, social justice, and the right to a dignified life, decent work and wages, and a fair pension—free from any exclusions.

OPZZ's main goal for the years 2018-2022 is to increase workers' wages in Poland. Its implementation will have both short- and long-term benefits, expressed, among other things, through:
• Improved living conditions for workers and their families;
• Increased domestic demand and the associated creation of new jobs;
• Increased tax revenues for the state budget, thereby improving the funding of public services such as healthcare and education;
• Higher pensions.

Every position, opinion, resolution, or appeal by the All-Poland Alliance of Trade Unions aims to practically implement the fundamental principle of decent work and decent life for all. We disagree with the idea that authorities and public institutions should leave citizens to face their needs and problems alone. We oppose the deepening imbalance in the relationship between employers and employees. Trade unions are crucial in establishing cooperative relationships in the workplace, especially at the company level. To improve effectiveness, it is important to systematically increase our membership base and the influence of the trade union and workers' voices in public opinion.
OPZZ is the initiator of the creation of Hope.

About CoopTech Hub

CoopTech Hub is the first cooperative technology center in Poland, operated by PLZ Spółdzielnia. Our goal is to create a community based on trust through the digital reboot of cooperatives. We educate, train, advise, and implement our own technological solutions. We perceive innovation as a public service that should be universally accessible and understandable.
CoopTech Hub designed and coordinated the development of Hope.

About Konfederacja Pracy Młodych

The Confederation of Young Labor is a grassroots initiative and a way to reach out to everyone, regardless of their employment status: students, interns, apprentices, the unemployed, those not actively seeking work, and anyone who wants to engage in a solidarity-driven fight for better working conditions.
